Live masterclass What is a Headvalue?

One hour to understand why a single word decides more than a list of values, and what changes in a company the day it surfaces. Live, with me, your questions at the end. Currently held in Portuguese; the English session is coming, and the list below hears about it first.

Why this hour

Every wrong decision costs you time and money.

Your company doesn't have a communication problem. It has a definition problem. As long as the people in charge can't say, in one word, what the brand is, every campaign starts from scratch, every identity becomes a meeting about taste, and every hire becomes a bet. You don't buy that back with more ads.

The world's most valuable brands don't work that way. Nike, Red Bull, Coca-Cola, Volvo: each one comes down to a single core value, and that's what pulls thirty years of coherent decisions. That principle is what this hour explains, and what you'll apply to your own company afterwards.

What happens in 1 hour

  • 10 min

    What a Headvalue is

The definition, and why it isn't a purpose, a mission, a positioning or a slogan. Those four answer a different question.

  • 10 min

Why one word decides more than a list

What happens when two options are equally defensible, and why three values never break the tie.

  • 15 min

    The great-brand cases

Nike, Red Bull, Coca-Cola, Volvo and Patagonia, each one read through the word that powers everything they do.

  • 10 min

    How the word surfaces

The method's three movements, and what changes the next day: hiring, pricing, identity, what the company turns down.

  • 15 min

    Your questions, live

About your company, not in the abstract. It's the part a recorded class can't give you, and it's why the first step is live.

1 brand, 1 value, Headvalue.

03

Who leads it

Camila Masetti, creator of the Headvalue method. Fifteen years across marketing, design and code, three agencies founded in France, three hundred websites built with her own hands, two thousand professionals trained since 2015.

She has worked for Carrefour, Veolia, Universal, Hermès, Peugeot and Tereos, and for dozens of small companies nobody has heard of. The method was born from seeing the same mistake at both scales: companies buying execution before knowing who they are.

The whole story.

Questions

When is the English session?

When enough people ask for it, which is exactly what the list measures. Joining it is the single most effective way to make it happen sooner, and you'll hear before any public announcement.

Do I need to own a company already?

No, but it helps a lot. The method leans on decisions the company has already made, and a track record gets you to the word faster. If you're just starting out, you still come out ahead: you'll know what to look for before spending on identity.

Does it work for a small company?

Yes, and that's where it makes the biggest difference. In a three-person company, every wrong brand decision costs proportionally more. The method is the same for a bakery and for a factory: the size of the room changes, the question doesn't.

Can I get the method without the masterclass?

The masterclass is the method's first step, not an ad for it. If you'd rather go deeper on your own, the method page explains the whole thing; if you want me in the room, the workshop runs in English too.
