Digital

The costliest website is the one. you have to redo.

Three hundred websites came out of my hands, and that's where everything I know comes from. Today I direct projects, personally review every delivery from the agencies I founded, and roll up my sleeves when a project calls for it.

01

Consulting

2 hours that can save you 2 months. Or even 2 years.

Every founder knows it: worse than losing money is losing time. Losing twenty grand sounds like a lot, and it's nothing next to the price of two years of your company heading the wrong way.

1 hour

Or two, or three, depending on what's on the table.

Use it to choose a stack, review a quote before signing, make sense of a report, decide whether to rebuild or repair, or to have someone on your side of the table in a hard meeting.

Write me with the date you want, the duration and what you need to decide. I confirm the slot and the rate the same day.

02

How I can help

01

Project consulting

Website, e-commerce, app or learning platform. I come in before the quote, while changing your mind is still cheap: what the project truly needs, what can wait, and what nobody will ever use.

You walk away withA scope that fits the budget, and the list of what was cut and why.

02

Stack and partner selection

WordPress, Shopify, custom build, course platform, email tool, checkout. And who to hire. The wrong choice here costs two years and a migration; the right one is invisible and never comes up again.

You walk away withThe decision made, in writing, with its real cost and what it rules out down the road.

03

Direction and oversight of the build

I direct the project and check every delivery, whether it comes from my team or yours. I read the quote, challenge the timeline, review what lands and translate what the vendor is really saying. Build three hundred websites and you know exactly where deadlines slip and where quality gives.

You walk away withA project that actually ships, and the certainty that someone who knows the craft is checking the work.

03

My agencies

I direct. The team builds. Nothing ships without passing through me.

I built three hundred websites with my own hands, and that's how I learned where projects break. Today the best use of your money isn't me typing code: it's me deciding what gets built, choosing who builds it, and checking what comes back. When a project is too delicate or too specific to delegate, I still roll up my sleeves.

I founded three digital agencies. Execution at scale goes to the right team, and the direction stays mine, project by project.

BLACKT, larger projects

  • Design and development, in Paris, since 2019
  • More than 150 websites delivered
  • From solo founders to large organizations
  • blackt.io

Índio, smaller projects

  • Eco-design studio, in Nantes, since 2020
  • A limited number of projects per year
  • Websites that weigh less, and we measure it
  • indio.fr

Questions

So do you build the website or not?

I build. Three hundred came out of my hands, and I still roll up my sleeves when a project calls for it. What changed is where my hour is worth most to you: in most cases you don't want me typing code, you want my eye deciding what gets built and checking what comes back. Execution at scale belongs to the BLACKT and Índio teams, and no delivery ships without passing through me.

Then who builds my website?

Depends on the size. Larger projects go to BLACKT, smaller ones to Índio, and in both cases the direction and the review are mine. If it's small enough, or specific enough, I build it myself.

Do consulting hours turn into a discount if I hire a project?

No. The hours are a product of their own: you pay for a decision and you leave with it, whether a project follows or not. Plenty of people book two hours precisely to find out they don't need a project at all.

Do I need the brand work first?

No, but it helps enormously. A website decided without knowing who the company is becomes a debate about taste with a deadline. When the word already exists, half the project's decisions solve themselves.

Do you work with my in-house team?

Yes, and it's the most common setup in companies that already have technical people. I come in as the person asking the questions nobody inside asks anymore, because they're too used to it all.
